Loved how ATTRACTIVE the property was. Suite was the best. Located in a nice area. It's near placa molina metro station, explored so many sites.
-
It deserves its 3 stars. The breakfast's price is 12 eur per person.
The bed was uncomfortable.

The hotel is normal. Nothing unexpected. But there's not much to praise... It's ten minutes' walk from Diagonal Metro. It's better to use buses or taxis in the heat and with things... I didn't get a chance to try breakfast. TV, too... The water pressure in the first floor shower was very good... The window came out "in the yard" and opened. Sometimes you could hear the water flowing in the pipes, but you can not use the air conditioning.
I got a room on the ground floor with a window to the well yard. The bottom of this well is on my floor level. You could walk to the neighbors through the window. The sewer is hidden somewhere inside the "yard" and you can hear it well. At some point it buried so much that I even thought it was raining heavily. But all these noises are temporary, they barely keep me awake... It's a bit dark. There are two lamps to light the room: by the headboard of the bed and by the TV. The second lamp wasn't working. And there's little light going through the window.

Nice hotel. It's practically downtown, that's what I needed. Actually, I chose something average, so that it was both affordable and convenient and comfortable in terms of location. I am not particularly demanding on the quality of the hotels. main thing is to have a place to sleep, to wash and bathe, I do not consider hostels and similar types of accommodation. I choose the middle one. So, to base your choice only on my feedback and assessment is not worth it, as each has its own requirements for comfort and quality. room is not very spacious, almost the entire room has a double bed. There is a small table on which you do not particularly swing, chair, wardrobe, bedside table with lamp. From the room we go straight to the bathroom (there is no door between the room and bathroom), from it - already to the toilet, where there is only a toilet, to the shower, these two rooms are separated by glass doors. In principle, everything is convenient. view from the window, of course, no, stupidly in the "well", opposite the window of another room, to look out of the window once. It's a bit dark in the room. It was cleaned every day.
It's a little tight and dark in the room. But I think the price is right. I can't say anything wrong, because there's nothing wrong.

According to the reservation, we were supposed to be waiting for a room with two separate beds and met, as the porter put it, "king size". little thing made me very happy. rooms, if objectively, are not new anymore, furniture is a little worn. everything is in good condition, plumbing and air conditioning workers, room is clean and cozy, so that only sophisticated people will be able to get nasty... Speaking of rooms. As I understand it, there are two types: outside and courtyard. subtlety is that the street is just windows, while the courtyard has balconies. We got lucky here. view is purely utilitarian, other has nowhere to go, to sit with a glass of wine in between walks is very pleasant. It's not a giant room, you can't call it tiny... Thank you separately for the free and spacious room safe... There is no refrigerator in the room, on each floor there is a cubbyhole, where there is a pair of mini fridges, thoughtfully filled with water, so that if necessary, you can always cool your drinks... cozy hall. I do not know why, conquered). We did not go to breakfast, from afar the restaurant seemed nice... staff is very friendly, Staff is very friendly, nothing to add... hotel is located almost on the Diagonal itself, on the one hand is far from the Old Town, Gothic Quarter and Port (although we could easily walk), on the other hand allows you to enjoy walks around the Eixample district, in my opinion is where the spirit of Barcelona is hidden... One or two blocks from the hotel are bus stops that take you to the main attractions of the city... There are shops and cafes nearby, not as abundant as in the centre... I won't write about Barcelona itself, there are plenty of articles on the subject. I'll just say that I liked to walk around the city more than all the sights that were promoted. It's beautiful, interesting and original. Three days even seemed to me little, coast was ahead of me; P. S. Take care of the wallet on Ramble;
Outlets. you have several smartphones, camera, laptop (where there is no work on vacation, e-books and all this must be charged, socket is only one. not scary, not convenient.

The hotel is good. Thanks to Reception for checking in on us earlier, cause we were so tired after a long flight. The room looks good. There were 2 beds, bedside tables, TV, table, wardrobe, safe box, bathroom. We really liked housekeeping work, they came to clean room everyday and bring shower facilities regularly. The hotel is good. We even got checked in early because we are very tired from the road, thank you so much for that! The room itself looks very dignified. Room 2 has beds slid together, bedside tables, desk, TV, wardrobe, safe and bathroom. I liked the work of the maids, cleaning was carried out daily, shower products were brought regularly.
If you want to walk to the sights, this hotel is far away. Also, when we greeted administrators at the front office sometimes they didn't greet back. There is no iron facilities. The location is not very nice, far away if you want to walk to the sights. There's no ironing board in the room or the whole hotel.

Reception staff was excellent: very good service, polite and friendly.
-
The location is OK if you don't mind walking. Decent shower. Free water bottles. (mini bar)
Our room was very small (106), dark (window facing a wall), basic breakfast. Not good value for money. We were expecting more.

I have never written a review for anything however after staying at the Hotel Condado I feel I must share how fantastic this hotel is. Not only was our stay at Hotel Condado extremely enjoyable but also excellent value for money. This hotel was actually cheaper than some hostels in the city. The hotel was exceptionally clean, rooms were modern and furnished to a high standard. The staff were tremendously helpful and friendly, and catered to every need. Free internet use was excellent, with the added option of the use of a printer. Location was excellent with plenty of restaurants and bars around but not too many that you are ever disturbed by noise. Public transport is close by, not that we ever had to use it, and the 'red tourist' bus stops are also close by and a great way to see the whole city in a day. We would most definitely stay at this hotel when visiting Barcelona again it was excellent.

had small balcony, and was a good size.
hotel was a long walk from nearest metro station. breakfast was too expensive for what was provided.
-
Big bathroom. Hotel staffs are nice. Not too far from the center.
1: No water boiler in the room. 2:only 2 english tv stations:cnn, bbc 3:my room is facing the street, noisy. 4:no wireless in the room
-
Great location , especially wrt the metro. The club across the street can be heard, but it's not too bad. Close walking distance to good tapas bars, shopping, sites, etc. Would stay there again and recommend to friends.
Bar across the street draws noisy crowds.
-
Value for money.
I wish there was a refridgerator in the room.

This hotel was convenient to the bus stops, restaurants and cafes. We had only two night there but found the staff very accomodating. Most of the staff spoke excellent English for those non-Spanish speaking guests. Internet connections good and free. The staff was able to provide excellent advice during our stay.
Very little. There was a small elevator/lift which could only accomodate two people with luggage and was very slow. But not a major issue, just something that the Americans have to get over.
-
Location is very good. In the city centre but away from all the hustle and bustle. Nice and quiet. Pleasant and helpful staff. Would go back if ever in Barcelona again.
Nothing bad to say about this hotel, except window in the room was facing the wall and very little daylight, but then again we did not spend much time in the room as Barcelona had so much to offer.
